PIT VEHICLES:
Pit Vehicles are a privilege and should be used for TRANSPORTATION NOT ENTERTAINMENT.
SPEED LIMIT 5MPH
JOY RIDING, RACING, & PLAY RIDING IS NOT ALLOWED.
THIS INCLUDES PIT BIKES, GOLF CARTS, SIDE BY SIDES, ATV’S ETC.
Racers may ride their race bikes to and from staging in 1st gear.(slow)
No motorized vehicles in vendor and race registration areas.
Parents – Please know where your kids are.
RACE COURSE & SURROUNDING PROPERTY:
The access road to Cache Valley MX is a county road. No unlicensed vehicles are permitted to exit the facility. This includes race bikes, pit bikes, golf carts, SxS, ATV’s etc.
We have access to the “marked” race course only.
You may walk the track or ride a pedal bike before or after racing each day.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is part of a working farm. We have been given access to the MX Track only. Any surrounding land and fields are strictly off-limits to all activity. This includes walking, pedals bikes, battery operated vehicles, pit vehicles, race vehicles etc. Thank you for your cooperation.
EVENT WRISTBANDS:
Your event wristband is valid for the entire weekend.
You must wear your wristband the entire time you are at the event.
If you lose your wristband you will need to purchase another one.
If your wristband is worn or broken, we will replace it.
If you are a racer, you must have your wristband on when you come to registration as well as the staging area for practice and racing.
Spectators 5yrs and under are Free and do not need a wristband.
FRIDAY PRACTICE
Riders must clearly display the appropriate practice stickers on their helmet and have event wristband on at all times.
Riders without wristbands and practice stickers will be denied access to track.
Practice will start from a designated area, cutting the track during practice sessions is prohibited. Exit the track at designated areas only.
NO SPECTATORS OR MECHANICS ON THE TRACK DURING PRACTICE OR RACING
The event safety crew will be on the track for Practice and Race Day to assist all riders.
Exception: The PW 50’s may have 1 adult (18yrs and older) on the track during Practice and Racing to assist the riders.
MECHANICS AREA:
A designated mechanics area will be available for the event.
Riders may have 1 adult (18yrs and older) in the Mechanics area.
STAGING & STARTING LINE
All riders will be limited to 1 person/mechanic in the staging and starting line area
RACING RULES: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU AT RIDER CHECK-IN
AFTER HOURS
Please be respectful of noise and activity after 10:00pm
CLEAN – UP: Please dispose of your garbage in the black dump trailers.
· There are 2 dumpsters located on the property: Vendor Row, near the porta potties and near the Front Entrance Gate
· Tires and Fuel Cans: Please do not place tires or fuel cans in the dumpsters. Set them next to the dumpster and we will dispose of them properly.
LOCAL INFO
Preston ID is 5 miles north of the track. There is a grocery store , several gas stations & restaurants.
Logan UT is 20 miles south of the track with several larger stores including Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.

Water & Electricity:
Fresh water is not available on site. Please fill your RV tanks before you arrive.
Water to fill barrels for bike washing is available at the track.
Electricity is not available at the track. Please bring your generator for power.

Preston: 540 W Oneida St, Preston ID (6.2 miles north of the track)
Franklin: 39 E 2nd South St, Franklin ID (4.5 miles east of the track)
