UTAH STAY SAFE DIRECTIVE:
It is important for you to know, the RMX crew has worked extremely hard with state and local authorities to make this event happen. By following the Utah Stay Safe directive, we will be able to continue racing during the COVID pandemic.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
Social Distancing:
- Practice Social Distancing - Maintain a 6ft distance from others not from your same household.
- Please remain in your pit area when not on official race business
- Keep visitors at your pit area to a minimum
- Reckless behavior or blatant disregard for social distancing practices will result in penalties/disqualifications and/or removal from the event.
Symptom Screening
Due to the COVID requirements in place by the State of Utah, all racers (participants/athletes) must have their temperature screened prior to participating. This will be done with a touch-less infrared thermometer. The CDC considers a reading of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit a fever. Anyone with a fever not be able to participate. If you are not comfortable with this screening, please let us know and we will issue a full refund.
Rider Check-in:
All riders will need to report to the race office to pick up wristbands for Friday Practice, transponder for the event, and be checked for symptoms as described above.
You have been provided with a transponder deposit form that you will bring with you to check-in.
Additional information regarding race procedures will be provided at this time.
Pit vehicles
Good News! Yes, we allow Pit Vehicles: However, we do not allow pit racing.
Pit vehicles can be used for transportation to and from the starting line, registration, and vendor areas.
Speed limit is 5MPH
Joy riding is not allowed.
There is no tolerance for those not following this rule. Penalties and/or disqualification may be enforced.
No Spectators on the Track:
More Good News! With the Loretta Lynn's Regional's right around the corner, there is no time like the present for your kids to get used to racing without you at every corner. The RMX safety crew will be on the track for practice and race day to assist all riders.
You can remain safe behind the fence lines and enjoy watching your rider, while continuing to practice social distancing.

Mechanics Area:
We apologize for not having a mechanics area for this event. We are unable to provide an area that meets the Utah Stay Safe directive. We will work on having something in place prior to the next event that gets you closer to the track. In the mean time enjoy the 360 degree viewing of Bunker Hill MX.
Staging & Starting Line:
All riders will be limited to 1 mechanic/person in the staging and starting line area.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
You will receive additional information at Rider Check-In regarding the staging & starting line process.
Food Concessions:
Food concessions are not available at this event. We encourage you to come self sufficient for your stay
Many food establishments in town are operating at limited capacity.
Event Admission & Registration Costs:
Gate fees and camping will be available online up until Thurs at 5:00pm
Walk-up sales will require exact change.

Admission fee is for the entire event, it is not charged per day.
Event Camping: - $20.00 for the entire event (this is not per night) Dry camping only
Friday Practice: Event admission is also required for Friday Practice
Big Bikes: $25.00 per rider (7:30am-11:30am)
Mini Bikes: $25.00 per rider (12:30pm-3:30pm)
Racing:
Saturday: $40/class
Sign up closes Friday at 7:00pm. Registraiton is not available after this time.
All event fees are refundable (less processing fees)
Memberships:
Saturday RMX Series: Membership is not required to practice or race with RMX.
All riders are welcome.
Transponder Scoring:
This event will use MyLaps transponders. If you have you're own please bring it to registration.
If you need to rent one there is a $100.00 transponder deposit (per unit). Cash or credit card is accepted for the deposit. 100% refundable when the transponder is returned. There is no additional rental fee.

IMPORTANT: REGARDING RIDERS 17 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER
Event Minor release forms must be completed by all riders 17 and under. Each minor competitor must be accompanied by legal parent or guardian. If rider is not going to have a parent or legal guardian with them, a minor release form can be downloaded and printed off HERE. This form must be NOTORIZED to be valid. Upon completion of the form, the rider MUST bring the release with them and be accompanied by the person responsible for them for the duration of the event. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. A minor child will not be able to participate in Sunday’s event without this form.
Water & Electricity:
Water is not available at the track. Please fill your tanks and barrels before you arrive.
Electricity is not available at the track. Please bring your generator for power.
Pets:
Pets are allowed .They must be kept on a leash at all times.
