FRANKLIN COUNTY NOISE ORDIANCE & EVENT REGULATIONS:

We will be adhering to the following regarding noise, curfew hours, & property regulations.
Thank you for your cooperation.

EVENT WRISTBANDS
Please wear wristbands at all times. Event wristbands are valid Thursday through Sunday

PIT VEHICLES
Pit bikes, race bikes, scooters, 4-wheelers, golf carts, electric bikes, SxS’s etc.

- Pit vehicles may be used for Transportation NOT Recreation.
- Please operate vehicles in a safe manner at SLOW Speed.
- Pit vehicles are not permitted in spectator & high foot traffic areas:
- Please walk in the following areas: Race Office/Registration, Food & Vendor Areas, Bleacher Area

THURSDAY:
NO PIT VEHICLES ALLOWED. All pit vehicles/race bikes must be parked on Thursday.
Quite Hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am (Franklin County Noise Ordinance)
No pit vehicles, race bikes, fireworks, loud music, or other nuisance noise.

FRIDAY:
Pit vehicles allowed 8:00am – End of Practice.
All pit vehicles must be parked when practice is completed for the day.
Quite Hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am: (Franklin County Noise Ordinance)
No pit vehicles, race bikes, fireworks, loud music, or other nuisance noise.

SATURDAY:
Pit Vehicles allowed 8:00am – end of Racing.
All pit vehicles/race bikes must be parked when racing is completed for the day.
Quite Hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am: (Franklin County Noise Ordinance)
No pit vehicles, race bikes, fireworks, loud music, or other nuisance noise.

SUNDAY:
Pit Vehicles allowed 8:00am – end of Racing.
All pit vehicles/race bikes must be parked when racing is completed for the day.
Curfew/Quite Hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am (Franklin County Noise Ordinance)
No pit vehicles, race bikes, fireworks, loud music, or nuisance noise.

Exceptions to the pit vehicle hours may be granted for those with disabilities or other special needs. Please see the race office for information.

PROPERTY
The surrounding property is part of a working farm and private property. Please do not trespass.
Please be respectful of the Cemetery.

SPECTATORS/MECHANICS
All spectators and mechanics must stay behind the fence or the mechanics area.
The event safety crew will be on the track for practice and racing to assist all riders.

CLEAN – UP
Please dispose of your garbage in the black dump trailers.
·       There are 2 dumpsters located on the property: Vendor Row, near the porta potties, and near the Front Entrance Gate.
·       RV Fresh Water & Dump Station
         Preston: 540 W Oneida St, Preston ID (6.2 miles north of the track)
        Franklin: 39 E 2nd South St, Franklin ID (4.5 miles east of the track)
